1. Price AND Performance

   I have used this bullet for some time now. I've gotten excellent results using it with both Titegroup and VV N310. This is an accurate well priced bullet. I'll be buying more. Doc Wells on 27th Jan 2018

2. Just the best available

   So I will put another endorsement on here. These are just the best bullets I have used in 40 years of 1911 shooting. Load the Bayou 200 Grain SWC with VVN320 or VVN340(my preference) to about 1.270 OAL and enjoy. They shoot better than Nosler 185 grain Match. They are also much harder than many lead bullets on the market. I highly recommend the Bayou Bullet. I wish I lived closer so I could go pick up a truck load but I must say the shipping is immediate. They are always received within 3 days of ordering. My last order was here before the USPS said it would arrive! Eric Kennard on 18th Jun 2017

4. Updated version of an old friend!

   Had loaded 200 grain SWC's for close to 35 years for 45 ACP. All were hardcast with some sort of grease or wax lube by various suppliers. These coated bullets by Bayou are the best I've ever loaded! My dies stay clean as well as the barrel. No residue on my fingers. They are very accurate and punch clean holes in cardboard IDPA and USPSA targets. My 1911's like them loaded to an OAL of 1.240". As long as Bayou sell them, I will buy them!

5. Accurate, Economical, and No Leading

   I am using Bayou Bullets 200 gr SWC and 230 gr RN for everything from IDPA to full power loads. I shoot them in the following guns with no problems: S&W 1911, S&W PC 1911, Kimber Eclipse Pro II, K&K USP Tactical, and a custom 1911. I use them with the following powders: W 231, CFE Pistol, and Titegroup. They all work quite well with each gun having it's preferences. All are accurate. I have no leading problems. The price is good and the service is great. This was my first purchase from Bayou Bullets but not my last. PS I've been loading pistol ammunition for 50 years. Doc Wells on 16th Jan 2017

6. I can shoot SWC again!

   I bought some of the coated SWC bullets because I like 200 grain SWC bullets. The problem is smoke indoors and outdoors and leading. I have tried several brands of copper coated SWC but none would feed reliably. These coated SWC bullets feed well, do not smoke any more than copper coated bullets and do not lead the barrel. 7. Perfect, Wonderful, Exquisite

   For 30 years I used HG68 200 grain lead bullets in my 45 ACP. They shot great and always fed. The last couple of years I was trying copper washed bullets. I never felt they shot as accurately. Next I tried the Nosler 185 match. They worked very well at lower velocity but it was hard to make Power Factor.
   
   Then I read about poly coated bullets by Bayou Bullets and others. I ordered the 200 grain 45 and .380 to try. I was delighted that they were from the same mold as the lead HG I shot for years. The coating was uniform and covered the entire bullet. They were very easy to load.
   
   But the best part is they shot well and they were super clean. I build and shoot long range rifles. I have a Hawkeye Borescope to examine the rifle bores. I used it to check the barrel after using the Bayou bullets. I had some carbon in the beginning of the barrel but no leading whatsoever. Amazing!@@! You can bet I will be ordering many more. 8. Accurate and Clean Holes!

   As a NEW reloader I did a ton of research on the net and came up with several companies that provided semi wad cutter bullets. Bayou Bullets have a good reputation and reviews away from their own site.
   
   At our last IDPA match, (where I ended up winning my class), I used rounds made with Bayou 200gr SWC red copper color, Winchester large primers and 4.8 grains of Hodgdon Titegroup powder. The holes in the targets were clean and located exactly where I aimed.
   
   I'm happy and will be ordering 1000 more this evening when I return from work. Jim Van Landingham on 1st Nov 2016

9. .45ACP 200 GR SWC

   I really like these. Hardness seems about perfect, and bullet coating is tough and does what it is supposed to do. I loaded a few shortly after receiving them to blast through a S&W 625 revolver that I had been having leading issues in the forcing cone with. Haven't seen any signs of leading yet! Accurate bullets and consistent. Trying to figure out my next order already :) JOHN HELMS on 24th Oct 2016

10. I'm very pleased.

    1 - They got here very quickly - 3 days
    2 - Of the first 100 rounds I loaded the weight and dimensions were very consistent.
    3 - I've fired 27 - 2 hands, no sand bag, they were right on target.
    4 - and the black cherry color is just fine.
