1. SOLID WASHED CAP

   I live in Southeast Louisiana and it do get HOT!
   
   The hat appears to have a cooling band of material on the inside and given we are in Spring, I've only had it out it the low 80's but so far, a dew rag has been necessary even on high humidity days.
   
   The brim comes nicely curved such that it helps shield me from my own cases and the cases from the person on my left, somewhat. At least no hot case sitting on my glasses ......... yet.
   
   Then, I forgot to wear the hat when I took out a new SIG P238, for the first time, that I bought used.
   
   Yes, the Sig was nice enough to bounce cases off my head as was the guy to the left of me.
   
   I'll update the review after Spring fades away or if I get bonked while wearing the hat.
